EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
Ingredients
- 2 Servings
- 400 g ground beef
- 4 cups of sliced green cabbage
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/2 cup of onion diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup of green onions
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the sesame oil has heated up, add in the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook through.
- Next, add in the onions, shredded carrots, and garlic. Once the onions have browned add in the thinly sliced green cabbage and mix everything well.
- Cook for another 8 minutes or until the cabbage starts to soften. Once it’s done cooking garnish with the green onions.
