Kiwi Strawberry Fusion

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Start by peeling the kiwis and hulling the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, add the kiwis, strawberries, Greek yogurt, and coconut water.
  3. Pluck a handful of fresh mint leaves and add them to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth. If you like your smoothies a little colder, feel free to add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Once done, pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry or a sprig of mint, if desired.
