Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the sesame oil has heated up, add in the ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook through.
Next, add in the onions, shredded carrots, and garlic. Once the onions have browned add in the thinly sliced green cabbage and mix everything well.
Cook for another 8 minutes or until the cabbage starts to soften. Once it’s done cooking garnish with the green onions.
