
Spicy Pear And Green Tea
Ingredients
Diabetic Smoothies
- 1 cup brewed and chilled green tea
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1 small pear, skin on, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 frozen bananas, sliced into rounds
- 2 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
