Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
Alkalizing Smoothies Protect Your Boned And Kidneys
- 2 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp organic stevia powder
- 1 handful wild arugula
- 1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt, non-fat
- 1 banana, in frozen chunks
- 2 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
