  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar (optional)


  1. Combine the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, and segmented orange in a blender.
  2. Add coconut water to the blender.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a tablespoon of honey or agave nectar.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Note: If you don’t have frozen fruit, you can use fresh fruit and add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing. You can also substitute coconut water with any other liquid of your choice, such as water, almond milk, or orange juice. Enjoy!
