Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, and sliced banana in a blender.
- Add the almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a teaspoon of honey.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Note: If you don’t have frozen fruit, you can use fresh fruit and add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing. You can also substitute almond milk with any other liquid of your choice, such as coconut milk or orange juice. Enjoy!
