Berry-Licious Meta Booster
Ingredients
Diabetic Smoothies
- 1/4 cup garbanzo bean
- 1 teaspoon flax oil
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 6 ounce Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup brewed and chilled green tea
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
