Anti-Oxi Boosting Rolled Oats Smoothie
Ingredients
Anti-Oxidant Smoothies
- 2 teaspoon LSA
- 2 tsp rolled oats
- 1 cup low-fat almond milk
- 1/2 small banana, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
