Tri-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
Alkaline Smoothies
- 2 Medjool dates, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup alkaline water
Instructions
- Add the listed ingredients to your blender/food processor and blend until smooth
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
