  • 1 medium whole tomato diced
  • 2 cups baby spinach chopped
  • 1 medium sweet green pepper chopped
  • 15 green grapes
  • 1 cucumber cubed
  • 2 medium carrots scrubbed and chopped
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples quartered


  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!
