Ingredients
  

Digestive Health Smoothies

  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened hemp milk
  • 3/4 cup Siggi’s whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup pure canned pumpkin

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
