Ingredients
  

Alkaline Smoothies

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 2 cup baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add the listed ingredients to your blender/food processor and blend until smooth
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
