Anti-Oxidant Smoothies

  • 1 small banana
  • 2 cup berries of your choice
  • 2 packed cup leafy greens of your choice
  • 1 date, dried
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 ounce green tea, brewed
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera gel
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tsp Indian gooseberries, powdered
  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk


  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!


Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
