The Flaxseed Anti-Oxidizer
Ingredients
Anti-Oxidant Smoothies
- 1 small banana
- 2 cup berries of your choice
- 2 packed cup leafy greens of your choice
- 1 date, dried
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ounce green tea, brewed
- 1/4 cup aloe vera gel
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tsp Indian gooseberries, powdered
- 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
