The Blueberry And Chocolate Delight
Ingredients
Kid-Friendly Smoothies
- 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 pack stevia
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
