Mixed Berry Banana Blast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- If you want to add extra sweetness, add a tablespoon of honey or any sweetener of your choice.
- For added nutrition, you can also add a tablespoon of chia seeds and a scoop of protein powder to the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk or water to thin it out.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
