Smoothie Vegetable Blast
Ingredients
Alkalizing Smoothies Protect Your Boned And Kidneys
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 4 tomatoes, peeled
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1/2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup rosemary infusion cooled
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 tsp virgin olive oil
- 1 cup kale
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
