Peanut Butter And Cherry Delight
Ingredients
Diabetic Smoothies
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 tsp powdered peanut butter
- 3/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 3/4 cup non-fat milk such as almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
