PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp of coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp of grass-fed butter
- 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
- Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size of your pan.
- Serve with grass-fed butter.
