Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp of grass-fed butter
  • 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of monk fruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
  • Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size of your pan.
  • Serve with grass-fed butter.
