Mixed Fruit Madness
Ingredients
Kid-Friendly Smoothies
- 1 cup spring mix salad blend
- 2 cup water
- 3 medium blackberries, whole
- 1 packet Stevia, optional
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp coconut flakes shredded and unsweetened
- 2 tsp pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp hemp seed
- 1 tsp sunflower seed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
