Lemon And Cranberry Shake
Ingredients
Protein Smoothies
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 and 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1-2 scoops 100% vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
