Kiwi Cucumber Delight
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 small green apple, cored
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 cup baby kale, chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
