Healthful Skin Recipes

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 small green apple, cored
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 cup baby kale, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!


Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
