Cucumber Kale And Lime Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
Weight-Loss Smoothies
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup raspberries, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 apples, quartered
- 1 cup kale, chopped
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
