Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of berries
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the berries. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.
  • Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Once it is ready you can separate it into 4 servings and add a handful of berries on top.
