COCONUT CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of berries
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Stevia to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the berries. Stir well and then transfer the mixture to a sealed container.
- Let the chia seed pudding sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
- Once it is ready you can separate it into 4 servings and add a handful of berries on top.
