Coconut And Mango Meal
Ingredients
Alkaline Smoothies
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
- Cut mangoes and dice them
- Add mango, a cup of unsweetened coconut milk, a teaspoon of Spirulina, and spinach to the blender
- Blend on low to medium until smooth
- Check the texture and serve chilled!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
