Alkaline Smoothies

  • 1/3 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup cold unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup spinach


  • Add coconut milk to your blender
  • Cut cabbage and add to your blender
  • Place chia seeds in a coffee grinder and chop to powder; brush the powder into a blender
  • Pit the cherries and add them to the blender
  • Wash and dry the spinach and chop
  • Add to the mix
  • Cover and blend on low followed by medium
  • Taste the texture and serve chilled!


Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
