Berry-Licious Anti-Oxidant Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
Anti-Oxidant Smoothies
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp protein powder
- 1 banana, cut in rounds
- 1 and 1/2 cup mixed berries of your choice
- 1 cup coconut water, organic
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vegetable/fruits
- Blend until smooth
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
- Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
