Anti-Oxidant Smoothies

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp protein powder
  • 1 banana, cut in rounds
  • 1 and 1/2 cup mixed berries of your choice
  • 1 cup coconut water, organic


  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!


Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
