  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt alternative)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Granola
  • Chia seeds
  • Drizzle of honey or almond butter
