Anti-Aging Smoothies

  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 red apple, cored, peel on
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup brewed and chilled rooibos tea
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 1 serving pea protein
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 1 cup ice


  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!


Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
