SAVOURY BREAKFAST BISCUITS

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Biscuits
  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 170 g of pork sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of green pepper diced
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 and place a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once the oil has melted add the sausage and green peppers.
  • Once the sausage is ready, transfer the sausage and peppers to a plate and let it cool down.
  • Combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, eggs, and the seasonings into a bowl. Add the sausage mixture to the bowl and place 6 biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
