Ingredients
  

High-Energy Smoothies

  • 4 tsp protein powder
  • 2 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango, sliced
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except vegetables/fruits first
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add the vegetable/fruits
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add a few ice cubes and serve the smoothie
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
